Our houses are located in Mount Pleasant student quarter, 15 minutes walk to campus, and 20 minutes to the centre of town. Each has permit parking for 2 cars, bike sheds and back garden access.

Dishwashers, washing machines and tumble driers come as standard. Super fast fibre broadband and whole house WIFI enable everyone to stream together. All have communal lounges with Smart TV's or Amazon Fire sticks, and gardens with seating. These are not bedsits, but homes to be enjoyed.

Our houses are well insulated, cavity walls, and roof. They are fully double glazed, with energy efficient heating systems, modern appliances, power saving lights and renewable electric tariffs. All are rated with an EPC Energy Efficiency Rating of C (Green)
